Cancellation Policy

A Retainer Service Charge is required to secure the services of Orlandis Productions for the engagement. Retainer Service Charge is non-refundable unless Orlandis Productions cancels the engagement. The Purchaser and Orlandis Productions agree that this contract is not subject to cancellation unless both parties have agreed to such cancellation in writing. Should the Purchaser need to reschedule the original date, Orlandis Productions will attempt to reschedule as long as the new date is available. If the new date is unavailable, or the Purchaser breaches the contract, he or she shall pay Orlandis Productions the amount set forth.
